Testimonials As usual another wonderful visit to Lee Hyundai. I can truly say that I have found one of the BEST dealerships to take our cars to. I had a scheduled appointment on Friday for a basic oil change, unfortunately because of my job, I was unable to make it on time and unable to call to let them know. I arrived I believe almost an hour late. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile by Anthony, and after my apologies he told me "No worries, we will take care of you." Who would not want to come back to a dealership when you can have quality customer care like that. I think my wait was very reasonable, didn't even have time to read through a magazine. Once my car was done, Anthony let me know. I asked him how his baby was as I knew he was a new dad. It is so nice to know the people who deal and work on your car and to be treated with such respect. We entered North Carolina about 6:30 PM and stopped for supper and also to get gas. Shortly after entering I95 we began to have problems with our car. The engine was missing and then would start racing. Most times I could only go about 60 MPH which is very dangerous on I95. The problem continued on and off until I knew we had to stop. We pulled off at exit 49 in Fayetteville and stayed for the night. I did not get much sleep not knowing what was wrong with the car and how I can have it repaired. We looked in the phone book and saw there was a Hyundai dealer in Fayetteville and we took a chance and called them. Note this was on a Friday which is always a busy day for the repair shops. I spoke to Anthony McAuly and explained our situation. Despite being quite well booked for that day he told us to come in and he will see what he can do. He also gave us excellent directions right to your dealership. When we got there I am sure Anthony saw the worried look on our faces and quickly assured us they will service our car and find the problem. We are both senior citizens and I have a heart condition so this was very comforting. Shortly thereafter the car was brought in the shop and Anthony kept us well informed of what was being done to the car. The shop ran several tests including a road test. They could not find any problems except for a slight amount of water in the gas tank. The shop concluded we probably picked up some bad gas. That was exactly what Anthony thought after I explained the symptoms. He told us to put in the highest octane gas we could find for the next several gas stops. I started doing this and for the next hundred miles I had several minor misses. After that I kept filling the car with 93 octane, not letting it get any lower than half a tank. I had no problems the next 450 miles and got home safely. We cannot begin to thank Anthony and the rest of the people at Lee Hyundai for the wonderful service and compassion they displayed.
